Really excited to post news of our next big event as part of h.Art week! (Wobage Gallery open for h.Art 10th-18th Sept.10-5pm).
Due to the popularity of last year's Market, this year we agreed to have 2 days, taking place on the last
weekend Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th September. Now a two-day spectacular gathering of the finest contemporary
Artisan Makers:Kathryn Roberts studio glass, Sarah Jarrett-Kerr bookbindery,
Anneliese Appleby lino printer, Pearl Taylor feltmaker, Locklamp lighting,
Weavepoint textiles, Kitchenwood. Fine Food producers: Hillbrooks Luxury
Ice-Creams, Village Hall Cakes, Cowmeadow’s Artisan Chutneys, Hollow Ash Cider
& Perry, Bentley’s Posh Plum Sauces and Wyebakes Artisan Bread. Lots to enjoy!

out for the pink road signs), we are delighted to host a one-day Artisan Market of
selected makers of Fine Foods and Contemporary Crafts. There will be Rowan
McOnegal's stained glass, wallpaper by Anneliese Appleby, Locklamp, Susan
Holton Knitwear, Weavepoint and Kitchenwood; Sarah Jarrett-Kerr, Hillbrook's
Luxury Ice Cream, Foragers, and Carol's Cakes, in addition to the work
exhibited in the Gallery Barn of ceramics, books, furniture, baskets and
This is an exciting exhibition of designer makers sharing a
professional ethos for high quality products, with attention to detail in
design, materials, making and finishing. The ‘Artisan Market’ is very exciting for us: it's a natural
progression of what we do best here at Wobage, - it is about making everything an
enjoyable, pleasurable and meaningful experience that enhances and enriches
from 10.00am until 5pm in the Great Threshing Barn. The main exhibition in the
Gallery Barn (as part of h.Art week) runs from 12th-20th September. Telephone

For the first time Wobage
Makers Gallery is participating in 'Forest and Valley Open Studios'.
Running from July 11th to 26th, the event gives visitors the opportunity to
visit up to 47 artists and makers in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley.
At Wobage we are extending our opening hours to include Sundays and so we are
open every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm during the
event and hope you will be able to visit us.

We have created a large new parking area so access is now much easier!
